Total pounds lost: 13

Sigh... Not great, but considering I only worked out Monday (after a week of not feeling well), it's not the end of the world.

Here's to getting back on top next week!

  4. Hallie, my plan has been okay so far. Food this week wasn't the best because I was sort of sick and drifted to not-so-good foods. But, Michelle, you're right - starting today, it's a better week!!!!
