Rainy days and Mondays...

...well they don't always get me down, but today almost did.

Last weigh-in: 275.4
This week's weight: 275.8
Change since last week: +0.4
Total pounds lost: 17.2

So that slight increase isn't affecting me at all! It's no big deal! I'll take care of it next week!

Still haven't gotten back into the gym. I know, I know. It's for no other reason than being busy with work and stuff around my apartment. I will get back in there! I'm itching for a good workout! And all that motivation from you guys last week has me itching to see better numbers!

Think I can get down to 265 by New Year's?

    Get a set of dumbbells. Then you can still get a workout in at home when you can't make it to the gym.

    I absolutely believe you can get down to 265 by New Year's. Just don't allow Thanksgiving and Christmas treats to ruin it for you. (I've got to do the same thing.) For me, especially Christmas parties. I love to throw down, but this year I'm not going to do it. Maybe next year.

    I was hoping that you would've walked the Race for the Cure. It was a lot of fun. You might consider finding a 5k to walk. It has helped me out.
