It's getting harder.
Last weigh-in: 277.8
This week's weight: 277.8
Change since last week: 0
Total pounds lost: 15.2
Well I guess it's better than going up. I need to get out of this rut. I haven't been to the gym in at least two weeks. I am so dedicated to this, but I find making myself do it getting harder and harder.
Where's my new motivation going to come from?

The Rut is no stranger to me. Hope you find your way out! :)
ReplyDeleteI think your motivation will come from something that excites you. For example, I'm loving Zumba videos right now. They allow me to get exercise in without feeling like I'm exercising. Find something about your plan that excites you. And if you can't, maybe that's a sign that your plan isn't working.
ReplyDeleteYour motivation has to come from inside! Believe me, I have looked to others to motivate me and it never lasts. You do inspire me though. Don't give up and I'm so glad you're still dedicated.
ReplyDeleteIt does get harder sometimes. The motivation wanes. I totally understand this as I lost 150 pounds myself.
ReplyDeleteFor me, trying to break things down into smaller goals helped me not lose focus or get overwhelmed with how far I had to go.
You are doing great with the weight loss - you can do this!
It comes from within.
ReplyDeleteThis isn't easy, and it's completely normal to go through periods where there is no determination. Sometimes I just get sick of this whole mess--but I am very stubborn, and that gets me through.
Dig deep, you'll find it! Go work out, it will release some good endorphins and help a little.
BTW, you're doing great! One week with a stay the same is nothing!

ReplyDeletefrom here? :)
try changing everything around but pretty much keeping the same. no need to do more and eat less but perhaps shift the foods? increase calories but in GOOD WHOLESOME FOODS?
change your exercise up a tad? are you getting enough rest?
all that...
